"Silver Lining, 2009" is a gooco print and an edition of 20. This is number #20. It's printed with silver ink on black paper. I use text in my work to "punctuate" and to sometimes define bodies of work. The text pieces add a narrative to my collages and sculptures. I will keep this piece up for adoption for a year accepting requests and then deciding on the best home. I have found that this process of accepting adoption requests is the most fair and creates a dialogue for and about the piece of art, allowing for it to go out into the larger art-appreciating universe. Thanks for looking.

Dear Ms. Thomas,
How are you doing? I would love to adopt your artwork Silver Lining because I am intrigued by the humor of it and I think that it will fit well into my pairing with Wolowiec's pocket cloud piece in the collection.
Placement: pairing with Wolowiec's pocket cloud at my condo here in salt lake city, which has become a much more cutting-edge city.
Always been a huge fan of Pocket Utopia and I am sad to see it go after 2 years. Typical day is working on interview portraits for my solo show coming up at envoy enterprises (Envoy Gallery) in 2 weeks.
Ideally would like to meet with you in person as I will be leaving next Monday out to my hometown of NYC. I figure that it would be a golden opportunity to meet an artist whom I have admiration for. Hope that you can make it to my show :)
Thanks and would like to become a collector figure for Silver Lining. Appreciate the support, FAAN, and consideration.
