This would be a very exciting placement. It would be in a public outdoor location in a small upstate town. We just need to figure out the practical details.
here's some of alison's message:
"Your work More Moonbeams just seems like a breath of fresh air -- one which I think would be perceived as very refreshing in the location we have available.
Our home is a building which is sandwiched between other buildings. One side of the building protrudes above the wall of its neighbor --- and that wall has an interesting view from the street. (I would like to send you a picture of the proposed site). Anyway, ever since I first viewed More Moonbeams I have thought about how amazing the piece would look in that location."
"People here would enjoy having the opportunity to see your work. Most folks in this area have had little contact with art or with artists.
There is a little diner located near where the piece would be visible. Farmers come in from the surrounding area and they like to eat at that little diner when they come into town. I can just imagine their delight at looking up discovering your work."
I would love for this to happen.
Update:
It's going up!
