I received Maria last week and the website doesn't do this painting justice. Although we originally planned to hang this in our living room, my husband and I have decided to displace another painting in order to make space for this one in our bedroom. I hope that John doesn't mind us keeping it all to ourselves! John has been so communicative throughout this process and my relationship with the painting is enhanced by the rapport the artist has been kind enough to establish.
