Two of three Andrews Birdhouses built from plans by Somerset Publishing, Inc. The third birdhouse was used in an art exhibit, and then sent to my parents in Mexico. The colour choice was incidental, the roof was actually supposed to be yellow. I always wanted to mount the remaining birdhouses in trees, but thought that they might eventually fall on someone, that this might be illegal, or that someone might destroy them along with the birds inside. Fine Art Adoption Network is really the perfect solution.

I am so happy to have found the FAAN website and just received the birdhouse I adopted from a very talented artist in Brooklyn. On top of adopting a wonderful piece of art I feel like I've made a new friend as well. This will be a welcome addition to my garden and I'll look forward to telling friends how a came about to get this colorful and well constructed piece. Thank you so much Al! All best wishes, Susan
