This digitally manipulated Image is part of a portfolio in title "The Holly Scriptures" The Holly Scriptures Artist Statement It was as winter started, I was back to teaching at Pratt, I was looking forward to start teaching, I hoped that teaching will take over of my concern with the up coming election. Back with new energy I joined some, of the faculty commetis, was not a smart move on my behalf I reassign few weeks latter could not give up on my principal. And then it was the election I made the move and volunteer to “America coming together” every weekend I went on the road meet the people of the country knocking on there doors, try to sell them ideas that I wanted to believe in. It was a good experience a guy with strange exsent from NY trying to communicate with roal American in center Pennsylvania. After long day back at the car driving home to NY I started argue with my self-asking question I could not answer. The radio was on NPR it was Leon. R. Kass talking about is new book “The Beginning of Wisdom” reading in Genesis, It was like he trying to answer my question trying to help me with my on going dialog, the next day I stopped at Barns and Nobel stores picked up the book and tried to learn. This body of work is the outcome of my intellectual struggle throw this time.
