International Symposium Andy Warhol's Brillo Boxes - Academy of Fine Arts Nuremberg; Academy of Visual Arts Leipzig; Ariario Gallery Seoul; Art Cologne; Museum Bildende Künste Leipzig; Museum Folkwang Essen; Private Collection; Stiftung Sachsen LB Leipzig ‘Experience through resistance’ - a formula easily applied to the artistic attitude of Linda Weiss - the realization that resistance against the common patterns of perception enable experiences to open up other ways of orientation. I really love this, Linda. Danke schon! I really like the massive use of white space to surround the stamp size portraits. It's like a serial experiment and satire of our duplicated culture a la Walter Benjamin.
