Marcy B. Freedman is an artist and art historian with degrees from UC Berkeley, University of Michigan and Princeton University. She has worked in a variety of media and a multitude of styles. She has shown her paintings, collages, photographs, and videos in more than 175 exhibitions around the country.
Her most recent video series, (Not) Self-Centered, features the artist as the actor -- but not the true subject -- of each work.
