Jodi Hays
Jodi Hays has a BFA from the University of Tennessee and an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Art. Formally a Boston artist, she now lives and works in Tennessee. Her work can be viewed through Gallery ELL (Brooklyn) and at The Drawing Center (NYC).
Her work functions as a metaphor for living in relationship, but also as a reflection on our contemporary social and economic moment. Hays writes, "The work is an inquiry into how quotidian images, outside of their original context, can explore personal and collective circumstance."
